Ingredients

  • – 8 chicken eggs
  • – 8 know
  • – 2 bay leaves

Method

  • - Boil chicken eggs, peeled, set aside
  • - saute ground spices until cooked
  • - Enter the bay leaf, galangal, sere, mix well with the ground spices
  • - add water
  • – add eggs and tofu
  • - add salt powder to taste
  • - if it boils add instant coconut milk
  • - reduce the heat, cook on low heat
  • – close the pan
  • - wait until the water starts to shrink, absorb the spices, check the taste
  • - if it is cooked, the taste is right, ready to be served
