Ingredient

  • 500 gr mackerel fish meat
  • 3-4 eggs (me 3 eggs)
  • 250 ml liquid coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp salt @puraindonesia
  • 1 1/2 tsp mushroom stock
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Fine Material

  • 6 red onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 6 pcs red chili
  • 3 pcs cayenne pepper
  • 2 stalks lemongrass
  • 3 lbs of lime leaves
  • 1 tsp pepper granules

Method

  • 1. Mix the mackerel meat with the smooth ingredients and mix well.
  • 2. Enter the liquid coconut milk, curry powder, turmeric powder, salt, sugar and seasonings to taste, mix well.
  • 3. Add the eggs and mix well.
  • 4. Pour into the banana leaf box mold.
  • 5. Oven 180 for 15 minutes or steam for 15 minutes.
