1 medium size bitter gourd (cut into pieces, knead with salt, wash and drain)

6 grains of bawmer
2 cloves garlic
3 pieces of red chili
2 pieces of chili
1 large size tomato
1 sachet of shrimp paste
To taste salt, sugar & mushroom broth
A little water
How to Make Shrimp Pare
Saute ground spices until fragrant, then add a little water, add bitter melon, season with salt and mushroom broth, if bitter gourd is 1/2 cooked, add shrimp, cook until cooked & water shrinks, taste correction, remove & serve
