Ingredients

  • 1 kg potatoes, cut into 4
  • 1/2 pack beef bolognese pasta sauce
  • 4 cloves of garlic, fry briefly until wilted.
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 stalks of celery, finely chopped.

Dyeing Material

  • 1 egg white
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil

The method

  • 1. Fry the potatoes until tender (don't let them get too dry) lift & drain then puree in a mortar.
  • 2. Puree the garlic and mix with other spices. Add pasta sauce. Mix well.
  • 3. Mix all the ingredients together with the potatoes, then form into rounds. If it's too soft, you can add a little flour. Do it until the dough runs out.
  • 4. Mix all the dyeing ingredients together. Dip the mixture into the egg white mixture. Then fry until cooked. Lift and serve.
