Ingredient

  • 1 small chicken breast, cut into small pieces
  • 4 boiled prawns, medium size, shredded
  • 1 piece of steamed corn and then peeled
  • Button mushrooms, sckonya, po2
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1200 ml broth / water
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch, add a teaspoon of water, dissolve it
  • Salt, Sugar, Broth Powder, Sesame Oil, Pepper Powder
  • Cooking oil for frying

Step

  • 1. Pour a tsp of cooking oil into the pan, then stir-fry the garlic, onions until fragrant
  • 2. Enter the chicken, mix well, then add the shredded shrimp, stir and let the chicken change color
  • 3. Pour the broth, cover the pan and cook until it boils
  • 4. Add salt, sugar, powdered stock, pepper, sesame oil as well as corn and mushrooms, mix well
  • 5. Pour in the beaten egg a little at a time, while stirring, let it boil
  • 6. Finally pour the meizena liquid, mix well, check the taste when it's right, let it boil, then remove it
