Singapore Fish Soup Ingredients

  • 2 slices of dory fish fillet, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, seeds removed, sliced
  • 4 cloves chopped garlic
  • 3 cm geprek ginger
  • 1 sliced ​​tomato
  • 1 stalk of spring onion
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • Powdered broth
  • Salt, pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame oil for marinating
  • 200 ml plain milk

How to Make Singapore Fish Soup

  • 1. Marinate fish with sesame oil, salt, pepper. Allow 15 min
  • 2. Sauté the garlic and ginger until golden. Add cucumber, saute briefly. Pour enough water. Let it boil
  • 3. Add all the spices, bring to a boil again
