Stir Fry Mushroom
Ingredients
- 300 gr champingon mushrooms, clean and halve
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 2 tbsp margarine
- pinch of salt
- a pinch of pepper powder
- a pinch of mushroom broth
- enough parsley
How to cook
- 1. Saute garlic with margarine until fragrant
- 2. Enter the mushrooms, cover and wait for the mushrooms to half wilt
- 3. Add salt, pepper, mushroom stock and parsley. Stir well
- 4. Remove, serve warm along with other steak complements.
