Ingredients

  • 300 gr champingon mushrooms, clean and halve
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • pinch of salt
  • a pinch of pepper powder
  • a pinch of mushroom broth
  • enough parsley

How to cook

  • 1. Saute garlic with margarine until fragrant
  • 2. Enter the mushrooms, cover and wait for the mushrooms to half wilt
  • 3. Add salt, pepper, mushroom stock and parsley. Stir well
  • 4. Remove, serve warm along with other steak complements.
