Ingredient

  • 1 pack of instant noodles
  • 1 sachet Royco Salted Egg Sauce
  • 10 pieces of fried tofu
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 2 scallions sliced ​​2
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 50 gr margarine
  • 5 pieces of cayenne pepper, sliced ​​2
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp flour

How to make

  • 1. Cut the tofu in half, remove the contents and then set it aside
  • 2. Boil the noodles after expanding, drain. Put the beaten eggs, spring onions, cayenne pepper, grated carrots into the bowl containing the noodles, mix well
  • 3. Melt the margarine then saute the garlic until fragrant, add the salted egg sauce, cook until frothy, turn off the stove.
  • 4. Pour the salted egg sauce into the instant noodle mixture, mix well. Fill tofu with noodle dough while pressing it until it runs out.
  • 5. Fry the tofu walik noodles in salted egg sauce with lots of oil until cooked. Serve
