Every person should know how to cook, and especially how to cook safely. 1. Cut the tofu in half, remove the contents and then set it aside
2. Boil the noodles after expanding, drain. Put the beaten eggs, spring onions, cayenne pepper, grated carrots into the bowl containing the noodles, mix well
3. Melt the margarine then saute the garlic until fragrant, add the salted egg sauce, cook until frothy, turn off the stove.
4. Pour the salted egg sauce into the instant noodle mixture, mix well. Fill tofu with noodle dough while pressing it until it runs out.
5. Fry the tofu walik noodles in salted egg sauce with lots of oil until cooked. Serve
