Ingredient

  • 1.5 cups of rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 50 gr sweet corn
  • 50 g peas
  • 2 sausages
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 scallion
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt, pepper and stock powder to taste

How to make

  • 1. Saute garlic and onions until fragrant, remove from heat.
  • 2. Put the rice, water, sauteed onions and all other ingredients into the Kurumi Home Multi-Rice Cooker, press the Menu button, select White Rice, press the Start button, the cooking process takes place.
  • 3. When you hear a beep, a sign that the rice is cooked, open the lid.. sprinkle with spring onions, mix well. Close again for 15 minutes.
  • 4. Tomato rice is ready to be served with a sprinkling of fried shallots and fresh vegetables.
