How to Make Pandan Uduk Rice
- 1. Saute onions, lemongrass, d. salam, d. oranges with a little oil until fragrant
- 2. Enter the rice, stir-fry, pour the pandan deposit coconut milk, add salt and powdered stock
- 3. Cook until the water dries up, turn off the heat
- 4. Transfer to the steamer to buy pandan leaves, steam for 30 minutes or until cooked
- 5. When the rice is cooked, it's still a bit hard, you can add a few tablespoons of water, mix well, then steam for another 15 minutes (because each brand of rice has different levels of absorbing water)
