  • 500gr basmati rice
  • 500 gr beef, cut into pieces
  • 1 sachet of curry seasoning ready to use
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tomato, cut into small dice
  • 1 lemongrass stalk, crushed
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 lime leaves
  • 1 finger of ginger, crushed
  • 1 cinnamon stick @10 cm
  • 3 cloves
  • 1 piece flower
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp mushroom stock powder/beef stock powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 65ml instant coconut milk (1 small sachet)
  • 1 liter of water

How to make

  • 1. Heat butter & margarine, fry the onions until fragrant.
  • 2. Enter the rest of the other spices (except seasoning), stir-fry again until fragrant.
  • 3. Enter the meat, stir-fry until it changes color.
  • 4. Add water, coconut milk & seasoning, cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
  • 5. Wash the rice & put it in the rice cooker.
  • 6. Enter the meat & broth as much as 850 ml.
  • 7. Press the "cook" button on the rice cooker. After switching to "warm" mode, immediately stir the rice until smooth. Then close again.
  • 9. Pencet kembali tombol “cook”. Setelah rice cooker kembali ke mode “warm”, jangan buka tutupnya selama 30 menit agar tanak.
  • 10. Ambil daging, kemudian goreng sebentar saja.
  • 11. Sajikan dengan lauk pelengkap lainnya.
