Ingredient

  • Caisim / mustard greens to taste

Pureeed Seasoning

  • 5 cloves of red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 cm kencur
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 segments of geprek galangal
  • 2 bunches of caisim wash and drain.
  • 1 liter of water
  • Coconut milk to taste. The thickness depends on each person's taste
  • Sugar, salt, seasoning to taste.

How to cook

  • 1. Boil the water until it boils, add the spices, bay leaf, galangal. Let it boil.
  • 2. Add caisim and coconut milk. Taste test, if it boils, turn off the heat.
