Ingredients

  • 50 gr peeled green beans soaked for 5 hours
  • 75 gr ground beef (can be chicken/seafood)
  • 65 gr bean sprouts
  • 75 gr kimchi, squeeze the water, coarsely chopped
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 tbsp wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • Black pepper powder to taste
  • 1/2 tsp mushroom stock
  • Right amount of oil

Sauce Ingredients

  • -2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • -4 tbsp soy sauce
  • -2 tbsp water
  • - chopped cayenne pepper
  • -toasted sesame seeds

How to make

  • -Blender the peeled green beans that have been soaked and then pour into a container
