Material A

  • 1 pack of Kwetiaw
  • 1 egg beaten off
  • 1/2 Tbsp Garlic Oil
  • 1 handful of Toge
  • 1 tsp Beef Flavored Broth
  • 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce

Material B

  • 250 gr special beef in
  • 1 tbsp Panda Cap Sauce
  • 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil

Ingredient C (Soup/Beef Sauce)

  • 1 tbsp Garlic Oil
  • 1 tsp Beef Flavored Broth
  • 2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce Cap Panda
  • 1 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 stalk of mustard
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in water

How to make

  • 1. Marinate the beef with the spices in Ingredients B, let stand 15 minutes
  • 2. Heat a frying pan, add the sauteed garlic, add the egg, mix well
  • 3. Enter the kwetiaw, Beef Flavored Broth, Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce, and bean sprouts, mix well, remove
  • 4. Enter 1/2 tablespoon of garlic stir, add the marinated beef, stir-fry until tender, add water, Cap Panda oyster sauce, Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce, and Beef Flavored Broth, mix well
  • 5. Add mustard greens, add cornstarch solution
  • 6. Finally, add the stir-fried white onion and sesame oil, mix well
  • 7. Arrange the Kwetiaw on a plate, flush with the beef gravy/sauce
  • 8. Serve
