Ingredients

  • 230 gr lasagna skin (1 pack)
  • 75 gr grated cheddar or mozzarella cheese for topping
  • 8 to 9 cups standard size

Material contents

  • 500 gr chicken or ground beef
  • 6 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 medium onions finely chopped
  • 5 coarsely grated tomatoes
  • 200 gr canned tomato paste/tomato sauce/chili sauce if you want it spicy
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp oregano powder
  • 1/2 tsp finely chopped basil or basil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 100 ml water
  • 2 tbsp oil for frying the ingredients
  • 1 tsp salt
  • How to make: heat the oil, add the onion, after it smells good, add the meat, after it's cooked add the tomatoes and water. After boiling, add the rest of the ingredients and cook until thickened. Set aside.

Cheese Sauce Ingredients

  • 50 gr medium protein flour
  • 3 tbsp margarine
  • 750 ml liquid milk
  • 100 grams grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • How to make: heat margarine, add flour, add milk little by little, add cheese, pepper and salt, cook until thick and not lumpy.

How to make

  • 1. Boil the lasagna skin until cooked. Lift and drain. Then cut into rounds according to the size of the cupcake. Don't throw away the remaining pieces.
  • 2. How to arrange lasagna in a cup.
  • Place the remaining pieces of lasagna skin on the bottom of the cup, sprinkle with the filling and cheese sauce, put back 1 sheet of lasagna, make into 3 equal layers.
  • 3. Finally sprinkle the top with cheese and bake at 170′ for 25-35 minutes.
