Ingredients

  • 400 gr Hot White Rice
  • 6 Mini Beef Sausages
  • 1 tbsp Nori Powder (Bon Nori)
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • (You can add salt or powdered broth to taste)
  • Skewer enough bamboo

Upholstery

  • Flour to taste, diluted with water (the consistency of the dough is not too runny and not too thick)
  • Panir flour to taste

Sprinkled

  • Dried Parsley, to taste

Complementary

  • Sambal sauce and mayonnaise to taste

How to make

  • 1. Mix the hot rice with Nori and soy sauce, mix well after that press it with a vegetable spoon until the rice is mashed. Divide the rice into 6 parts.
  • 2. Skewer the mini sausage then take one part of the rice, wrap it in the sausage while compacting it until the sausage is covered with rice. Use plastic to prevent sticking.
  • 3. Dip the corndogs into the diluted flour, then roll them in the breadcrumbs until smooth while compacting.
  • 4. Fry over medium heat until golden brown.
  • 5. Sprinkle with dry parsley, serve with mayonnaise and chili sauce.
