Ingredient

  • 400 gr clams, boiled with galangal and bay leaf
  • 2 pcs cherry tomatoes, sliced

Ground spices

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • clove of onion
  • 5 pcs cayenne pepper
  • 3 pcs red curly chili

Other Seasonings

  • tsp salt
  • tsp mushroom broth
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • pcs kandis acid
  • 1 lb bay leaf
  • 2 lbs lime leaves
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • Note: the amount of seasoning is adjusted according to the number of ingredients used

Method

  • 1. After the clams are boiled, open some of the sides of the clams
  • 2. Sauté ground spices with enough oil, add bay leaf and lime leaves, stir-fry until cooked
  • 3. Add enough water, add kandis acid, salt, sugar, mushroom broth, soy sauce and sweet soy sauce to taste, mix well
  • 4. Enter the clams and stir until the spices are evenly mixed, add the sliced ​​tomatoes
  • 5. Let the water sit a little so that the spices seep in, correct the taste
  • 6. Ready to serve
