How to make

  • 1. Prepare a container, enter: eggs, finely chopped garlic, pepper, salt, broth, oyster sauce and sliced ​​celery onions. Stir well. Then add the chicken. Stir well.
  • 2. Add tapioca flour while stirring.
  • 3. Divide the dough:
  • - fill 4 pieces of dumpling skin with dough then fold and fry.
  • - fill 2 pieces of dumpling skin with dough and then boil.
  • – Split the tofu then fill with the remaining dough and boil or fry.

How to Serve

  • 1. Prepare beef broth for about 500 to 750 ml. Add salt and powdered broth. Bring to a boil.
  • 2. Prepare a bowl and arrange: spaghetti, fried dumplings, boiled dumplings, fried tofu and cilok.
  • 3. Flush with hot broth, sprinkle with sliced ​​celery and fried onions. Add pilus or fried dumplings. Ready to be served with soy sauce, soy sauce and chili sauce.
