Every person should know how to cook, and especially how to cook safely. Everyone has different dietary restrictions, so no one should be afraid to experiment with different recipes, and find the ones that suit them best. There are a few basic ingredients that are always needed in recipes: water, oil, salt, and pepper. Other ingredients, like herbs and spices, can be used to add flavor and also to provide health benefits.
1 piece of shrimp flavored tofu, cut into pieces & fried
15 prawns (can add other seafood)
Sausage & fish balls to taste, cut into pieces
2 pieces of ear mushrooms, cut into pieces
1 cup broccoli, noon per floret
1 carrot, sliced oblique
1 scallion, cut into 2 fingers
1 large red chili, sliced oblique
1 small size onion, cut lengthwise
4 cloves of garlic, coarsely chopped
1 finger of ginger, cut into matchsticks
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp mushroom stock powder
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in a little water
Right amount of oil
Enough water
How to make
1. Heat the cooking oil. Saute garlic & onions until fragrant, add ginger and stir fry until fragrant. Add meatballs, sausage & shrimp, stir-fry until it changes color.
2. Add enough water, add the vegetables from the hardest ones first (ear mushrooms, fried tofu, carrots & broccoli), cook for a while to keep them crunchy.
3. Season with oyster sauce, soy sauce, mushroom broth, ground pepper, granulated sugar, sesame oil & fish sauce, taste correction.
4. Finally, add the scallions, large red chilies & cornstarch solution, stir until thickened.
