Ingredient

  • White Chives Already Separated Yes (to taste)

Material contents

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 5 pcs curly red chili
  • 1 pc big red chili
  • 200ml water
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • Salt, sugar to taste
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (dissolved)
  • Lime juice / vinegar to eat

How to make

  • 1. Steam the mustard greens until cooked. set aside
  • 2. Mix all the filling ingredients, Chopper until smooth.
  • 3. prepare 1 sheet of mustard greens, then add the filling. Then fold the side of the bag, then roll it up. Do it until it's all gone.
  • 4. Steam until cooked / about 15 minutes. set aside
  • 5. Sauce ingredients: blender, garlic, and chili until smooth. Then transfer to a saucepan, add water and cook until it boils and doesn't smell like chilies.
  • 6. Then add the chili sauce, tomato sauce, salt. Add the cornstarch solution and stir until it thickens. Lastly add lime juice. Turn off the fire
  • 7. Arrange the chicken mustard rolls, then flush with the sauce. Ready to serve
