Ingredient

  • 20 pcs fresh shitake mushrooms
  • 150 gr fish meat
  • 100 gr prawns
  • 100 gr silken tofu
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp shaoxing rice wine
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp salted kcp
  • Guram, sugar, pepper
  • 2 stalks spring onion

Sauce (Mixed)

  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp salty kcp
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 100 ml water
  • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in water

How to Cook

  • 1. Mix all meat ingredients except scallions, puree with a chopper/food processor, after the meat is smooth, add the scallions, mix well.
  • 2. Take 1 tablespoon of dough, arrange it on top of the mushrooms
  • 3. Heat the frypan with a little oil, fry the stuffed mushrooms until browned on both sides, pour the sauce mixture, stir well, cook for a while so that the meat filling is perfectly cooked, add a little water if necessary
  • 4. Finally, add a little cornstarch solution, mix well, serve
