Yellow Cooked Intestines Tofu Ingredients

  • 500gram chicken intestine
  • 3 bay leaves
  • • 1 lemongrass stalk
  • • water
  • • 4 red chilies / according to taste
  • • 6 cloves of shallot
  • • 5 cloves of garlic
  • • 2 hazelnuts
  • • tsp coriander powder
  • • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • • to taste pepper powder

  • • 2 bay leaves

  • • 5 pieces of tofu
  • • 300 ml of water
  • • 2 large red chilies
  • • 1 tomato ripe
  • • tsp salt
  • • 1 tsp chicken stock
  • • 1 tsp sugar

How to Make Yellow Cooked Tofu

  • 1. Wash the intestines and then boil them with enough water, about 400 ml, add lemongrass and bay leaves
  • 2. Puree Bamer, Baput, dried chili, candlenut, coriander, ground pepper and turmeric powder
  • 3. Puree the tofu, don't be too smooth
  • 4. Saute the spices that have been mashed, add the lemongrass and bay leaf, stir-fry until cooked and cooked. Then enter the intestines that have been boiled (can be cut in advance or according to taste) mix well then add the tofu that has been crushed. Add 300 ml of water and let stand until the water shrinks a little
  • 5. Slice large red chilies and tomatoes, don't include tomato seeds, throw them away
  • 6. If the water has shrunk a little, you can add large red chilies, salt, chicken stock and sugar. Cook again until the water level runs out
  • If the water is dry, you can add tomatoes. And cook again until the tomatoes wilt or the intestines are dry.
