Chicken Ball Ingredients

  • Tofu, iris
  • White mustard, boiled briefly

Sauce

  • 2 garlic, finely chopped
  • Shitake mushrooms, soaked, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • Salt, sugar, pepper to taste
  • 100-150 ml of water
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Cornstarch solution

Method

  • • Mix all the chicken ball mixture, stir until smooth, round shape, set aside.
  • • Fry the garlic with oil until fragrant, add the sliced ​​shitake mushrooms, stir, add water, oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, sugar, and pepper. Bring to a boil, add sesame oil and thicken with cornstarch solution.
  • • Arrange on a heat-resistant plate, boiled chicory, chicken balls, tofu, cover with aluminum foil, steam for 10-12 minutes over high heat. Remove and discard the water, flush with sauce, serve.
