  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 celery stick (me: skip)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil (me: only 1 tsp)
  • topping: sliced ​​spring onion and red chili (my addition)
  • > mix all the sauce ingredients, mix well, add toppings

How to make

  • 1. Wash the potatoes, brush until the skin is completely clean, slice the potatoes but don't cut them off, steam until half cooked (about 10 minutes)
  • 2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, chili powder and salt, mix well and then apply all over the surface and between the potatoes, no need to run out
