Outer Leather

  • 250 gr all-purpose flour
  • 30 g cold butter
  • 65 gr oil
  • 70 g cold water

How to Make the Outer Skin

  • 1. In a bowl, mix flour and butter until the texture of sand is grainy.
  • 2. Then add the oil, stir again.
  • 3. Finally, gradually add cold water. Stir briefly until smooth, round, cover and let stand for 1 hour

Inner Leather

  • 100 gr all-purpose flour
  • 30 gr oil (me 40 gr)

How to Make Deep Skin

  • Mix all ingredients, stir until smooth. Round it up, close it then let it rest for 1 hour

Stuffing Ingredients

  • 250 gr boiled chicken (shredded)
  • 250 gr potatoes, cut into small cubes (fried)
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • onion
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder / paprika
  • 1 tbsp chicken stock powder
  • Salt, pepper, sugar to taste

How to Make Stuffing

  • 1. Saute garlic and onions until fragrant
  • 2. Add the fried potatoes and shredded chicken
  • 3. Add curry powder, chili powder, and chicken stock
  • 4. Add enough water, cook until the water is reduced and the spices are absorbed
  • 5. Finally, add salt, pepper and sugar to taste. Taste correction, lift.

Solution

  • 1. After 1 hour, divide the outer and inner skin dough into 5 parts
  • 2. Wrap the inner skin dough with the outer skin dough, let it rest for 30 minutes
  • 3. Flatten the dough, roll it lengthwise, then roll it up
  • 4. Roll it lengthwise again, then roll it back
  • 5. Cut each into 3 parts, then flatten each part
  • 6. Fill with stuffing, fold, wrap
  • 7. Fry in hot oil over low heat until golden brown. Drain, ready to be served with cayenne pepper or chili sauce.
