Ingredient

  • 70 gr chicken fillet, diced
  • 4 fish balls, thinly sliced
  • 3 beef meatballs, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 scallion, cut in half
  • 6 pieces of chicory
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 bunch of pokcoy
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in a little water.
  • A pinch of salt and mushroom broth to taste
  • 400 ml water (if not add)

Step

  • • Wash all vegetables, then cut the chicory, wartel, pokcoy, tomatoes, and cauliflower according to taste
  • • Pour about 3 tablespoons of oil, stir-fry the chicken until cooked, add chopped garlic and cook until the onions smell good, add beef meatballs, fish balls, carrots and water, use high heat, cover the pan, wait until the wartel is tender, add cauliflower, chicory, pokcoy , oyster sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper, mushroom broth and cook again until all the last wilted, add the tomato pieces, scallions and cornstarch, stir well until the water thickens, don't forget to taste test when it's ready to be served.
