Every person should know how to cook, and especially how to cook safely. • Sauté the garlic until fragrant and browned, remove half of it, add the scallions, stir fry briefly, add water, cook until boiling.
• After boiling, add the meatballs, cook until fluffy, add salt, beef stock, ground pepper and sesame oil.
• Enter the mustard / pokchoy, cook until cooked, taste test, turn off the heat, serve with a sprinkling of fried garlic which was set aside at the beginning.
