Mustard Meatballs

Ingredient

  • 15 pcs beef meatballs
  • 1 bunch mustard greens / pokchoy
  • 2 finely chopped garlic
  • 1 leek
  • 600ml water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp beef stock
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil (I used 1/2 tbsp)

Method

  • • Sauté the garlic until fragrant and browned, remove half of it, add the scallions, stir fry briefly, add water, cook until boiling.
  • • After boiling, add the meatballs, cook until fluffy, add salt, beef stock, ground pepper and sesame oil.
  • • Enter the mustard / pokchoy, cook until cooked, taste test, turn off the heat, serve with a sprinkling of fried garlic which was set aside at the beginning.
