Ingredient

  • 2 pcs bitter gourd, clean the contents, slice
  • 2 pg jambal salted fish, sliced

Seasoning Iris

  • 2 cloves of garlic, sliced
  • 2 cloves of red onion, sliced
  • 3 pcs red curly chili, sliced
  • 5 pcs cayenne pepper, sliced

Other Seasonings

  • tsp salt
  • tsp mushroom broth
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Note: the amount of seasoning is adjusted according to the number of ingredients used

Method

  • 1. First of all, we will process it to reduce the bitter taste of bitter gourd, the way is after cutting it, add salt and a little water, then squeeze until wilted and let stand at least 5-10 minutes (longer is better), after that wash and drain
  • 2. Saute the sliced ​​spices until cooked, then add the salted fish, after it is slightly cooked and dry, then continue to enter the bitter gourd slices
  • 4. Add enough water, add salt, sugar and powdered broth
  • 5. When the bitter gourd starts to wilt and the water has settled, adjust the taste and it's ready to be served with warm rice
