Ingredient

  • 2 pcs potatoes, cut
  • 6 pcs champignon mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 pc onion, sliced
  • 3 bwg leaves, sliced
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp English kcp (lea n perrins)
  • Kcp sweet according to taste
  • Broth powder, pepper
  • 250 ml water

How to Cook

  • 1. Fry the potatoes until brown, set aside
  • 2. Saute the mushrooms, add a little salt, stir-fry until brown and fragrant, set aside
  • 3. Sauté the onions and spring onions (the white part) until fragrant
