Calamari Sauce Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo red chili
  • 1/2 kilo red onion
  • 1/2 kilo dried squid, wash, drain
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • A little vetsin if you like
  • 20 lbs of lime leaves

How to Make Squid Sauce

  • 1. Fry the chilies and onions, remove, uleg / chopper / puree
  • 2. Put it back into the oil that was used for frying previously, add salt, sugar, vinegar, mix well, cook for a while until the chili is cooked and darker in color
  • 3. Enter the squid and lime leaves, mix well, cook for a while so the squid is cooked, serve

Tips

  • 1. The squid doesn't need to be fried first or boiled first.. it'll be tougher later, just add it at the end.. Let it cook for a while so that the squid is fully cooked, so the sauce will last longer.
  • 2. Wash the squid many times so the salty taste is gone, throw away the middle bone of the squid and its excrement, the squid is delicious
