Ingredient

  • 500 gr tuna cut into 2
  • 1 ounce wet prawns
  • 2 slices of original pineapple
  • 1 pc lime
  • Salt, sugar, water to taste

Ground spices

  • 5 cloves of red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 sachet of shrimp paste
  • 13 pcs cayenne pepper
  • 1 cm turmeric
  • 7 pcs curly red chili

The method

  • 1. Wash the pieces of tuna & prawns, coat with lime and salt, stir well then let stand 10 minutes. Rinse with clean water, drain
  • 2. Pour enough water, add the ground spices, stir well, let it boil. Enter the pineapple pieces, salt, mushroom broth, sugar, stir well
  • 3. Enter the fish and shrimp stir well then cook until cooked. Taste correction, remove and serve with warm rice. It tastes spicy, sweet and sour.. just fresh
