1. Boil the lungs with bay leaves, lime leaves and lemongrass to taste.. boil until soft for 45 minutes.. remove and let cool then cut into small pieces”
2. Fry the lungs until half dry.. Remove and set aside
3. Heat the oil, stir-fry the ground spices, bay leaves, lime leaves and lemongrass until fragrant and cooked
4. Enter the fried lungs, then add water, powdered broth and salt to taste.. stir well and cook until the spices are dry and absorbed
5. check the taste, if it's just right.. lift and serve
