Firecracker lung material

  • 250 grams of beef lung, wash thoroughly
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4 lime leaves
  • 1 lemongrass stalk, crushed
  • less water
  • powdered broth to taste
  • salt to taste
  • right amount of oil

Ground spices

  • 25 pieces of red chili
  • 10 pieces of curly red chili
  • 4 cloves of red onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • red tomatoes

How to make firecracker lungs

  • 1. Boil the lungs with bay leaves, lime leaves and lemongrass to taste.. boil until soft for 45 minutes.. remove and let cool then cut into small pieces”
  • 2. Fry the lungs until half dry.. Remove and set aside
  • 3. Heat the oil, stir-fry the ground spices, bay leaves, lime leaves and lemongrass until fragrant and cooked
  • 4. Enter the fried lungs, then add water, powdered broth and salt to taste.. stir well and cook until the spices are dry and absorbed
  • 5. check the taste, if it's just right.. lift and serve
