Ingredient

  • – 300 gr Fresh prawns
  • – 250 gr Long Beans (1 bunch)
  • – 3 pieces of curly red chili, sliced ​​oblique
  • – 3 pieces of red cayenne pepper, sliced ​​oblique
  • – 1 tsp lime juice
  • – 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp broth powder/for the seasoning according to taste, okay
  • – 200 miles of water

Softened seasoning

  • – 3 cloves of red onion
  • – 3 cloves of garlic
  • – 1 piece of ginger
  • – 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

How to make

  • 1. Clean the shrimp, remove the head, then fry in a little oil, fry until half cooked, remove and drain
  • 2. Cut long beans, wash and drain
  • 3. Saute the ground spices, curly red chili and cayenne pepper, stir-fry with a little cooking oil until fragrant and cooked, add shrimp and long beans, stir and add water, cook until the water is thick
  • 4. Add salt, sugar, powdered broth and lime juice, check for taste. After the long beans are soft and the spices are absorbed, remove and serve

Fried Red Beans

  • - 500 grams of red beans
  • - wash the red beans, then boil for 15 minutes, remove and drain
  • - Fry red beans until cooked and crispy, remove and drain
