Ingredients for Pokcoy Cah Chicken

  • 250 gr chicken/meat, sliced
  • 1 tbsp salted kcp, pepper
  • 1 tbsp sago flour/maizena
  • * mix the above ingredients together
  • 300 gr pokcoy / mustard greens / kailan / kale
  • 5 pcs chopped white onion
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp salted kcp
  • Salt/broth powder, sugar, pepper
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch/sago, dissolve in water

How to Cook Pokcoy Cah Chicken

  • 1. Saute the white onion until fragrant, add the meat, stir-fry until it changes color
  • 2. Enter the pokcoy stems, stir briefly, add the leaves, add oyster sauce, salted coconut milk, powdered stock, sugar, pepper, water, mix well
  • 3. Wait for it to boil and the vegetables start to wilt, add the cornstarch/sago solution, stir until the desired thickness, wait for it to boil again, remove and serve
