Ingredient

  • 750 gr Potatoes, peeled clean
  • Salt, pepper sckpnya

Stuffing

  • 150 gr beef / chicken, puree
  • 1 wartel, grated
  • 3 cloves of red onion, thinly sliced
  • 5 cloves of garlic, puree
  • 1 onion, puree
  • Pepper powder, Salt, Sugar, nutmeg powder, sweet soy sauce
  • 200 ml thick coconut milk
  • Button mushrooms, sckpnya
  • Sckpnya water
  • Margarine, Vegetable oil for frying
  • 2 eggs

Top Layer/ Topping

  • 150 ml thick coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • Mix the 2 ingredients, mix well

Step

  • 1. Steam the potatoes until cooked, remove and mash, add salt and pepper, mix well, set aside
  • 2. Filling:
  • - Saute onion, white, onion until fragrant
  • - Enter the ground beef, mix well, then add the grated wartel (leave a tsp of wartel for sprinkling on top) add salt, pepper, sugar, sweet soy sauce, mix well
  • - add a tsp of water then let the spices soak in, then pour the thick coconut milk, stir until smooth, add the mushrooms, cook until it boils
  • - Remove and let cool, then add eggs, mix well, set aside
  • 3. Prepare an aluminum cup or baking sheet or pyrex, grease it with a teaspoon of margarine
  • 4. Take a tsp of potato, put it in the flattened cup, then add the stuffing
  • 5. Steam for 10 minutes until cooked, remove
  • 6. Cover again with potato mixture, then add topping ingredients, and a teaspoon of grated wartel then steam again for 10 minutes, remove
  • 7. Give a sprinkling of celery leaves
