Ingredients for Rice Bowl Chicken Steak

  • One bowl of white rice
  • 1/4 chicken breast fillet
  • Pepper and salt
  • Lime
  • All-purpose flour (sajiku/mamukaa)
  • Bread crumbs

Sauce Ingredients

  • Onion Slices
  • 2 minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp black paper sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1/2 tsp fish sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 cup water mixed with 1 tsp tepmaizena for thickening
  • Pepper and mushroom broth

How to Make Rice Bowl Chicken Steak

  • - Chicken fillet smeared with lime, salt and pepper, let stand 15 minutes
  • -Then coat it in a multipurpose flour which is melted with a little water (I just thicken it) and spread it into white bread crumbs for tempura
  • -Fry in hot oil until brown and set aside
  • -Saute bawbombay and garlic with margarine until fragrant
  • -Add sesame oil, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce and fish sauce, followed by the teriyaki sauce and blackpaper.
  • - Stir well, add salt, mushroom stock then add a little water and cook until thickened
  • - Flush over the chicken while it is arranged on a bowl containing rice as well as complementary vegetables
  • -You can add mayonnaise and chili sauce, okay?
