ingredient

  • – 1 ounce curly green chili
  • – 10 pieces of green chili
  • – 5 large green chilies
  • – 10 cloves of red bw
  • – 3 green tomatoes
  • – 1-2 slices of lime
  • – 3 lbs of lime leaves
  • – 2 tsp mushroom broth
  • - salt & sugar to taste

How to make

  • - steamed / boiled chili - tomato - red bw until slightly soft. Lift drain
  • – grind / blender coarsely, chilies etc that have not been steamed / boiled
  • - Heat a little oil, add the chili mixture, and lime leaves. Cook until the chili is cooked, then I steal it with lime juice and add other spices. Taste correction. Remove (don't cook the sambal too long)
