Sate Ungkep

sate ungkep

Ingredient

  • 1 kg beef cut into 2
  • 2 lime leaves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp liquid brown sugar
  • To taste sugar, salt, flavoring

Ground spices

  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 8 cloves of red onion
  • A piece of ginger
  • 3 hazelnuts
  • 1 tbsp coriander

How to make

  • Mix all the ingredients together add enough clean water. then ungkep on the stove while stirring occasionally cook until the meat is tender. Cook the meat until the water reduces. Serve with pickles
  • Note: if the meat is not tender, you can add more water
  • Pickles: Cucumber, carrot, onion, red chili/cayenne pepper, vinegar, salt and sugar
