Mix all the ingredients together add enough clean water. then ungkep on the stove while stirring occasionally cook until the meat is tender. Cook the meat until the water reduces. Serve with pickles
Note: if the meat is not tender, you can add more water
Pickles: Cucumber, carrot, onion, red chili/cayenne pepper, vinegar, salt and sugar
