Ingredient

  • 1 small board of tempeh
  • 1 large white tofu
  • 100gr long beans

  • 2 spring onions
  • 5 large green chilies

  • Enough hot water

Seasoning Iris

  • 7 red onions
  • 7 cloves of garlic
  • 5 large red chilies
  • 5 red tomatoes

How to make

  • 1. Cut vegetables, tofu and tempeh according to taste
  • 2. Saute the onions until fragrant, add red chilies, galangal, salam and dried shrimp, cook until fragrant, add hot water
  • 3. Add tomatoes, tofu, tempeh and petai, cook until tempeh and tofu are cooked, add vegetables, cook until wilted, add sugar, salt and tamarind water, taste correction, remove and serve.
