Ingredient

  • 250 gr bean sprouts
  • 100 gr chives
  • 50 gr jambal salted fish meat (diced pot)
  • 1 pc tomato (diced pot)
  • 5 pcs curly red chili (oblique pot)
  • 4 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)
  • 4 cloves of red onion (thinly sliced)
  • Myk is enough
  • Salt a little
  • A little mushroom broth

Method

  • Saute salted fish until brown and fragrant, lift up
  • Sauté the red and white onions until fragrant using the oil that has not been used to stir-fry the salted fish, add the chilies, chives and bean sprouts, stir, add the tomatoes and salted fish that have not been fried, season with a little salt and mushroom stock, mix well, turn off the heat, ready to serve.
