Ingredients

  • – 250gr chicken breast fillet
  • – 3 cloves of garlic
  • – 1 small carrot
  • – 1 egg white

  • – 40gr tapioca flour
  • – 1/2 tsp salt / according to taste
  • – 1/2 tsp broth powder / according to taste
  • – 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
  • – 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • – 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Mentai Sauce

  • – 50gr mayonnaise
  • – 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • – 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • – bon nori to taste (but there is no so I don't use it)
  • Mix well

Method

  • – put in chopper, chicken, carrots, garlic, egg white and other seasonings except flour and spring onions
  • - after smooth, put in a bowl mix with the spring onions and flour mix well
  • - prepare dumpling skin / dimsum
  • - pour the chicken mixture, then fold the edges
  • - do it to the end
  • – heat the steamer, brush the steamer with oil, add dumplings, rub with water on the dumpling skin so it doesn't dry out
  • - steamed for 30 minutes
  • – Remove from the steamer, pour the mentai topping over the dumplings and nori pieces
