Ingredient

  • 1 pack spaghetti 225 gr
  • 1 pack beef bolognese pasta sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 bunch of basil leaves
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • Enough oil for frying

Mentai Sauce Ingredients

  • 10 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 5 tablespoons chili sauce, if you don't like spicy, you can replace it with tomato sauce
  • Seaweed to taste
  • White sesame to taste

How to make

  • 1. Boil spaghetti until cooked. Then lift and drain. Set aside.
  • 2. Heat the oil, fry the garlic and onions until fragrant, then add the pasta sauce. Stir.
  • 3. Add chili powder, pepper, sugar and water. Once fragrant, add the basil. Stir well. Lift.
  • 4. Prepare 8 or 10 cups of aluminum foil. Arrange spaghetti inside and sprinkle with bolognese sauce.
  • 5. Mentai sauce: mix mayonnaise and chili sauce. Mix well. Then sprinkle over the dough.
  • 6. Cut the seaweed and then decorate it with sesame seeds.
  • 7. Bake for 15 minutes at 160'c. Lift and serve.
