Materials

How to make

  • 1. Wash the tofu, cut into cubes according to taste then fry until golden brown
  • 2. Wash the chickpeas and ear mushrooms. Then cut according to taste
  • 3. Slice the onion, garlic and chili.
  • Then reduce the oil that has been used to fry the tofu.
  • Saute all the sliced ​​spices until fragrant and change color
  • 4. Enter the chickpeas, ear mushrooms, fried tofu, water, chicken stock, sugar, sweet soy sauce, ground pepper, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir and cook until the water has reduced slightly.
