Every person should know how to cook, and especially how to cook safely. 1. Wash the tofu, cut into cubes according to taste then fry until golden brown
2. Wash the chickpeas and ear mushrooms. Then cut according to taste
3. Slice the onion, garlic and chili.
Then reduce the oil that has been used to fry the tofu.
Saute all the sliced spices until fragrant and change color
4. Enter the chickpeas, ear mushrooms, fried tofu, water, chicken stock, sugar, sweet soy sauce, ground pepper, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir and cook until the water has reduced slightly.
