- 350 gr Lung
- 3 lbs bay leaf
- 1 btg Lemongrass, geprek
- Enough water to boil
- Right amount of oil
- Petai to taste (skip if you don't like it)
Marinade Seasoning (Grind)
- 6 cloves of garlic

- Salt to taste
Balado Sambal Ingredients
- 7 Red Chili
- 10 Curly Chili
- 5 red chilies (adjust to taste)
- 7 pcs Shallots
- 1/2 Tbsp Lime Juice
- Salt, Sugar and Mushroom Broth to taste
How to make
- 1. Boil water until it boils, add the lungs. Boil about 10 minutes, remove. Discard the boiled water.
