Ingredients

  • salt, sugar to taste
  • 300 gr beef (I sengkel), boiled until tender, thinly sliced, reserving about 1-2 liters of broth
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce

  • 100 gr bean sprouts, brew hot water, set aside
  • Basil leave
  • coriander leaves

  • 1/2 thinly sliced ​​onion
  • lime
  • sliced ​​green chili
  • salty soy sauce

How to cook

  • 1. Grill the onions, cloves, cinnamon, star arnis until fragrant (can be burned in a pan without using oil)
  • 2. Put the spices into the broth along with the meat.
  • 3. Add salt, sugar, fish sauce, wait until it boils.
