Every person should know how to cook, and especially how to cook safely. Everyone has different dietary restrictions, so no one should be afraid to experiment with different recipes, and find the ones that suit them best. Clean the chicken claws, remove the nails, cut the claws into 2 parts (I like to be horrified when I see the claws that are intact and immediately cooked) this way the claws become soft easily, wash clean, boil the claws until soft, wash again, drain, set aside
Saute ground spices, lime leaves & salam until fragrant, add chicken wings & boiled claws, mix well
Add water, then season with other spices, mix well
Cook until it boils and the water shrinks a bit, then add the chopped tomatoes, cook again until the water shrinks and is cooked, adjust the taste, turn off the stove, remove and serve
