1. Marinate the meat: in a bowl, mix the meat with salt, pepper, garlic and cooking oil, mix well, add the egg whites, mix well, add the cornstarch and water, mix well, leave for 10 minutes
2. Make the sauce: heat the margarine/butter in a pan, add the onions and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, add the other ingredients, cook while stirring until it explodes, adjust the taste, turn off the heat.
3. Fry the meat: coat the meat with cornstarch then fry in hot oil until golden brown, remove, drain and serve with butter sauce.
