Fried Beef Steak Ingredients

  • 400gr beef, thinly sliced ​​(I use tenderloin)
  • 3 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1cm ginger, grated
  • 4 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 egg white, beaten
  • Sufficient salt and pepper
  • Enough cornstarch to coat

Butter Sauce Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp margarine/butter
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp English soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed and sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Pepper powder to taste
  • A little water if it's too thick/salty

How to make

  • 1. Marinate the meat: in a bowl, mix the meat with salt, pepper, garlic and cooking oil, mix well, add the egg whites, mix well, add the cornstarch and water, mix well, leave for 10 minutes
  • 2. Make the sauce: heat the margarine/butter in a pan, add the onions and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, add the other ingredients, cook while stirring until it explodes, adjust the taste, turn off the heat.
  • 3. Fry the meat: coat the meat with cornstarch then fry in hot oil until golden brown, remove, drain and serve with butter sauce.
