Every person should know how to cook, and especially how to cook safely. 1. Marinate the chicken wings with the marinade seasoning.. Stir until evenly distributed and let sit for at least 2 hours to infuse
2. Mix the egg with the chicken that has been seasoned, mix well.. Then roll it in the all-purpose flour until smooth.. Then put it back into the egg mixture and then roll it back into the all-purpose flour while pinching it evenly
3. Fry in hot oil.. Make sure the chicken is submerged in oil so that it cooks evenly.. Fry until dry, remove and set aside
4. Heat oil, saute garlic until fragrant and brown.. Then add bbq sauce, gochujang sauce, chili sauce, honey, chili powder and water.. Stir well
5. Check the taste, if it's just right.. Put in the fried chicken then stir slowly until evenly distributed throughout the chicken.. Remove and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds to taste (optional) .. Serve
