Rebon Eggplant Balado

Ingredient

  • 2 pieces of fried eggplant 1/2 cooked
  • Handful of rebon
  • Water
  • Palm sugar
  • Terasi one small pack
  • Salt to taste

Ground spices

  • 3 big chilies
  • 10 cayenne pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 5 red onions
  • 1 garlic

Method

  • 1. Saute ground spices, after a bit dry give a glass of tea water, add shrimp paste, Javanese sugar and salt. Saute until the taste is right and the water has reduced a bit.
  • 2. Enter the rebon, mix well
  • 3. Enter the eggplant, cook for a while, check the taste, serve
