Every person should know how to cook, and especially how to cook safely. Everyone has different dietary restrictions, so no one should be afraid to experiment with different recipes, and find the ones that suit them best. There are a few basic ingredients that are always needed in recipes: water, oil, salt, and pepper. Other ingredients, like herbs and spices, can be used to add flavor and also to provide health benefits.
1 cucumber, split then seeds removed and thinly sliced lengthwise
1 carrot, peeled and thinly sliced lengthwise
5 pieces of red chili, whole
8 green chilies, whole
6 small red onions, peeled
1 bay leaf
1 lemongrass stalk, crushed
2 lime leaves, torn
tsp cooking vinegar
glass of water
powdered broth to taste
salt to taste
sugar to taste
right amount of oil
Ground spices
6 cloves of red onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 piece of ginger
2 segments of turmeric
1 tsp roasted coriander
1 hazelnut roasted
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp roasted coriander
2 cm turmeric
How to make
1. heat the oil, stir-fry the ground spices, cayenne pepper, red onion, bay leaf, lime leaf and lemongrass until fragrant and cooked
2. Add in carrots and cucumber.. then add water.. mix well
3. add vinegar, salt, powdered stock and sugar.. stir and cook until the spices are reduced and all ingredients are cooked.. don't forget to check the taste
4. if it fits, lift and serve
1. Mix the prawns with ground spices, crushed garlic, water, stock powder and salt. Stir well
2. Marinate / Leave it for at least 2 hours (I let it sit for 1 night) until it absorbs
3. Heat the oil, mix the marinated prawns with the seasoning flour until evenly distributed.. Then fry until dry and cooked.. Don't forget to fry the crushed garlic too until dry.. Then remove and serve

5 large prawns
6 cloves of garlic, crushed
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Enough water
Powdered broth to taste
Salt to taste
Right amount of oil
